Must have a minimum of 10 participants.
Any additional participants over 10, the cost is $125.00 per person

Class is held over two 8 hour days, with participants required to attend the entirety of both days and pass a final exam.
Upon receiving Certificates of Attendance, the organization has 30 days from the seminar date to submit the individual applications, Corporate Discount Letter (you will receive the day of the seminar,) copies of Certificates of Attendance, and one payment from the organization to the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners for participants to receive their Certifications as Dementia Practitioners. The group CDP application to NCCDP cost is $35.00 for each application, which is reduced from the individual cost of $125.00.
