Review contract options and fees. What percentage have resident monthly fees increased over the past 5 years? What are you really getting for the money spent?
Research star-ratings, accreditations, survey reports, past deficiencies, fines or complaints with plans of correction and credible reviews. What are the experts saying?
Once a community and move-in date is selected, we can help you down-size, organize, de-clutter and navigate the move-in process. We can help you find a mover, decorator, furniture, maintenance support or any other complement to ease transition into the new home.

Fees:
Dependent on service rendered.
Administrative fee (off-site research, interviews or phone calls): $85 per hour
Travel fee charged at standard IRS rate per mile.
