Perhaps you don't have a lot of time to follow up as needed or live out of state, our elder-concierge care organization service can help you select services or personal caregivers, arrange for appointments and do medical or non-medical follow-ups on a weekly, monthly or as-needed basis. Whether your loved one is living in a residential community or living at a personal home. We can help you find the resources you need and want to thrive, your way.
Services:
Identify and evaluate local caregiving and home support agencies, interviewing and recommending professional caregivers.
Identify and interview private contractor homecare assistants, conduct background checks or verify credentialing.
Identify, verify, recommend or schedule home maintenance and domestic assistance services (e.g. chefs, food delivery services, house-cleaning, home repair, handyman, personal shoppers or assistance).
Identify, evaluate and schedule resources to declutter, downsize and arrange move-in day logistics.
Enroll a person in an adult day program.
Identify, evaluate and schedule wholistic health professionals such as board certified nutritionists, reiki practitioners, massage therapists and licensed naturopathic physicians.
Check in on a loved one living independently and locally to the MD, DC or VA metropolitan areas. After each visit, you will receive an update regarding changes in cognition or unsafe behaviors observed.
Fees:
$95 per hour for in-person sessions, meetings or check-in visits. 1 hour minimum.
Administrative fee (off-site general research, phone interviews or calls): $85 per hour
Travel fee charged at standard IRS rate per mile.
